Our Training programs are outcome focused and tailored to ensure their relevance to each individual workplace. All programs are designed for maximum participation within small groups of up to 12. Workshops range between 2 hours and 2 days in length and may be conducted on site at the client organisation, in the ITIM state office or at an alternative venue.

Essential Qualifications
• The desire to build relationships and make a difference
• Tertiary or Postgraduate Qualifications in Business, Education or Psychology
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training
• Minimum of 2 yrs workplace training experience
• Recent police clearance
• Exceptional Communication and Presentation
