There is a growing global corporate trend towards values-driven culture. The values being espoused include broader goals such as rebuilding societal cohesion, compassion and support structures, as well as internal corporate goals prompting programs and practices that nurture the human spirit of employees. ITIM Chaplains understand our clients' values and culture and we are quick to spot everyday incidents and issues. They help people identify and resolve their personal and work problems and responsibilities early and effectively.

ITIM provides services that are focussed on care for the individual, thereby creating greater overall wellbeing and productivity for organisations. The onsite model of operation of ITIM is pro-active. General pastoral care and the development of relationships for later support and counselling is provided by ‘walking the floor’. This is not an aimless stroll through, but a targeted process of . with managers and staff, with the organisations, and with major issues affecting the health and effectiveness of both. For us, the dignity of each individual and the humanity of the organisation go hand in hand.
