What is Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
On-site?
Employers today understand that if staff members are positive and
confident about their jobs and lives, then their work performance
and overall wellbeing will be higher. EAP On Site is a proactive
intervention approach taken by an organisation committed to creating

An EAP On-Site initiative taken by employers provides staff and

How does EAP On-site Work?
This service provides the capacity for an organization to access
ongoing landscape and organisational analysis, strategic counselling,
manager assistance and support and
proactive conflict resolution. Counselling is part of the support
offered in addition to quarterly reports on the organizational landscape
and critical issues in the organization
empowering supervisors, managers, HR, OHS and CEOs to proactively
address arising organizational issues. The onsite support counsellor
or consultant is skilled in strategic solution focused counselling
and supporting personnel with issues impacting on work performance
and productivity. The consultant/counsellor is also skilled in supervisor
and manager support and assistance.
EAP Onsite support gives the organisation immediate rapid access
when required to all other ITIM specialised services such as policy
development and implementation consultation, cutting edge materials
on critical OHS and HR initiatives impacting on their workforce,
specialised research services, formal mediation and referrals for
entrenched issues with specialist consultants, web portal access
